C: Lubricate the accelerator cable with a
spray graphite lubricant. This is
available at all hardware stores -as is
the hardware needed in A & B above. To
lubricate, renove the two M-5 tamper
screws holding the accelerator handle on
the handle bars. This will allow access to
the end of the cable. Allow the lubricant
to flow down the cable tube. Do not use
oil as it will gum up.

Problem: Front nounted test switch (lower
left-hand comer of DRT-150
display board) when activated
cap damage CPU board.
cause: Test switch incorrectly installed.
CORROCTIVE ACTION:
Step 1. cut the two traces on the solder
side of the main display board (DRT-150) -
connecting the test switch to the 12 volt
bus line.
Step 2. On the solder side of the main
display board, solder junper wire(~
25-30) from one leg of the test switch to
the ground bus at Ul2 (a 7447 IC) Pin #8.
