One of the most attractive window displays
of the season was recently shown by the Acme
Music House, located in the Auditorium Build-
ing, Chicago, 111. The display featured "Desert-
land," the fox-trot hit, published by the Riviera
Music Co., of Chicago, 111.

recently forwarded a letter t o Milt H a g e n , m a n -

which figures were produced s h o w i n g the large
sales the s o n g w a s having t h r o u g h o u t the Pacific
Coast territory-. T h e fact that the n u m b e r is
just a little over a m o n t h old a n d h a s m a d e
such rapid strides for popularity, d e m o n s t r a t e s
it is a s o n g of unusual merit.
