The Fuller-Ryde Music Co., 72 East Ohio street,
Indianapolis, handles "Everything in Music 1 ' and pro-
vides the variety that attracts the musical merchan-
dise cus'omer. "The home in which music holds an
important place reflects itself in bright eyes and
happy faces," was the sales encouraging line that dis-
tinguished its advertising in the local newspapers in
the days before Christmas. Among the attractions
was a Christmas violin outfit consisting of violin, bow,
case, chin rest and rosin, choice of one-fourth, one-
half, three-quarter or full size violins.
ASSOCIATION'S BIG PLANS.
• The Associatied Musical Instrument Dealers of
Chicago at a recent meeting agreed to plans for the
increase of its activities and the enlargement of its
membership. All wholesalers, jobbers and retailers
of small goods in the loop and retailers operating in
other parts of the city and the suburbs are to be in-
vited to join.
"Music makes the home more homey. Without it
there's something lacking—you miss it and your chil-
dren miss it," is the suggestive phrase heading a
good advertising display in the newspapers last
