MEL=O=DEE ROLL CHANGE
Turned Over to Vocation Company, of Chicago.
Under Management of F. W. Clement.
The following has been issued by the Mel-O-Dee
Company, under the head of "Important Announce-
ment":
On December 18th our entire Mel-O-Dee business
here will be turned over to the Vocalion Company
of Chicago.
Following the policy of the Mel-O-Dee Music Com-
pany, Inc., to supply the trade entirely through dis-
tributors and to insure far greater efficiency in con-
nection with deliveries and service, it is indeed with
pleasure that we are able to announce the appoint-
ment of our new distributor here. Although the per-
sonnel of our present organization will practically
remain intact, the program that we have laid down
is indeed an elaborate one for this coining year.
It is a certainty that the new dollar song roll will
continue to show a substantial increase in sales from

month to month, and naturally, it is very pleasing to
us to see how enthusiastic the public have taken to
our product. Ours is indeed the world's finest music
roll.
The new organization will be headed by Mr. F. W.
Clement, who is widely known in the trade, and you
can look to the new organization to continue the co-
operative policies that have already been established.
The Vocalion Company, of Chicago, will collect all
moneys due the Mel-O-Dee Music Company, Inc., to
date.
Wishing you the compliments of the season, we

The piano manufacturer and the piano repairman
realize the necessity of accuracy and cleanliness in
the punchings required in piano construction. In
fact, the user of punchings must feel positively as-
sured of the ability of the firm doing the punching
before an order is given out. There is usually too
much at stake to take any chances in getting the
punching done by anybody without the O.K. of the
