Held During Week of January 14-21
Nation-Wide Campaign Is Planned by Company on Berlin's Two Latest Songs, "The
Song Is Ended (But the Memory Lingers On)" and "Together We Two"
T RVING BERLIN, INC., New York, has com-
*• pleted plans for a special Irving Berlin
Week, January 14 to 21, and the firm reports
that the campaign is shaping up better than any
ever put on. Tie-ups have been arranged with
the leading theatres, dance orchestras, vaude-
ville acts and other performers from coast to
coast to feature during the special week Mr.
Merlin's two most recent songs, "The Song Is
Knrbd (But the Melody Lingers On)" and "To-
gether We Two." Phonograph companies are
taking advantage of the tie-up and are furnish-
ing window displays to record dealers through-
out the country. The firm states that "The Song
Is Ended" has proven one of the most success-
ful numbers ever written by Mr. Berlin and
reports from the leading sheet music dealers
in all parts of the country indicate their inten-
tion of lending co-operation to Irving Berlin
Week.

Tenor Banjo Folio, comprising the latest hit
songs of the house. The No. 3 Saxophone Folio
will also be released on the same date. In view
of the success of the first three editions of the
Irving Berlin banjo folio, the firm has decided
to issue new editions about three times a year
and will release saxophone folios as well.
