returned to the Pacific Coast and
re-entered business for himself. Mr.
Cesana is very happy to have been
selected by Mr. Walker as a Dis-
tributor for Aireon in San Fran-
cisco, feeling that Aireon is the
finest phonograph manufactured
today and that it will prove the
phonograph of tomorrow. All of his
friends in and around the Bay area
wish lots of success to Bruno and
they're sure he will do a fine job.
Bruno Cesana has been identified
with music circles for twenty-five
years as a music arranger for a
number of name bands and also an
orchestra leader in his own right.
He is well known along Broadway
and on the Pacific Coast. Bruno
went "into the securities business
and had ten years' experience in ·
the general finance business. He
was also with Aircraft Accessories
Company in 1940, which is now the
Air~on Manufacturing Corporation
and he was employed by R. C. Wal-
Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Pollard en-
tertained their employes and their
wives at a Christmas Eve dinner
at 886 Broadway, San Francisco.
Those who attended were Carol
and John Nielsen, June and Al
Citrino, Earl and Eileen Denison,
Herman and Shirley Pollack, Mar-
lin and Polly Hames, and Roy Che-
lander.
Fred Newman, prewar distrib-
utor in San Francisco for Rockola,
is now out of service and in charge
of sales at the Geo. R. Murdock
and Associates, exclusive distrib-
utor for Rockola. Fred would like
to have all his old friends drop in
to see him.
Clayton Ballard, Aireon's North-
ern District Manager, is spending
a considerable amount of time in
San Francisco with Music Distrib-
utors and the E. T. Mape Music
Company. Clayton says, "Aireon
Super Deluxe phonographs have
certainly proved their location ap-
peal and higher income ability, so
watch Aireon in 1947 !"
Lew Walcher, San Francisco, of
the Advanced Automatic Sales,
1350 Howard St., has just returned
from a trip to Los Angeles.
