SOLUTION
NOTE
Picture is jumpy on the bot-
tom of the screen and the pic-
ture has no linearity on the
top.
Remove Q602 to see if the
problem stops. If it does, then
change this component
(Q602: 2N3904 or 2N4401),
along with C615 (33 micro-
farad, 16 working volts).
Change C615 to 33 micro-
farad at 50 working volts, 105
degree Celsius to improve
reliability. Also change ca-
pacitor C616 to 1500 micro-
farad at 35 working volts, 105
degrees Celsius as well.
