1. Remove the rear metal floor J!

2. Lift the bike assembly and J
rop-up the beam on a 4x4 block.
3. Remove rolling pin flange
bearing, (inspect flange bearing
-replace if worn).
4. Remove the old belt, replace
with the new one and re-as-
semble the rolling pin. Make sure
the rolling pin is straight and that
the set screws on the rolling pin
shaft are tight.
Retro-fit Kit
Installing the new smaller pulley.
5. Remove the Motor assembly
from the game and place on your
bench, using a 27mm or 1-1/16" i!
socket unscrew the pulley nut. 'i
Pry the pulley off with a large ;l
screw driver.
6. Install the New Smaller Pulley
on to the motor shaft (as shown
in pictures) and re-assemble the
otor inside the game cabinet.
L1.fter reinstalling the motor,
check that the belt is straight and
adjust the belt tension.
New pulley installed on Motor.
