After reading my Rowe Bill
Acceptor Fixes article in last
month's issue, one reader
called me concerning the use of
the Diamond Liqui-Tool
Cleaner Lube in the bill heads.

out a bill unit, and that is to
tear it down completely.
That is to take every unit, bolt,
and clip off and clean every
piece. Bill units that are
