I. Do Set Controls procedure.
A Brake setting should be 400-700.
1. If not, check brake PCB for red
Led. Should be on and dim
when pedal is pushed.
B. If Led is not on, check Q 1 (7812) on
brake PCB.
C. Check that + 15 volts is present at Rl.
n. If+ 15 volts and Q 1 are ok check strain gauge
on pedal by measuring the resistance at J 1, pin
6 and Jl, pin 7 for 350 n ± 100/4.
A. If open or shorted, replace strain
gauge.
B. If ok, it should only change 1 ohm
The Skydiving Simulator realistically simulates
the sights, sounds and feeling of skydiving,
without any of the inherent dangers. Various
features ensure the safety of the patrons
throughout the "jump." The Skydiving Stmulator
is also producible in a smaller arcade-type ver-
sion. The Skydiving Simulator is producible for
use in the estimated 500 U.S. amusement
parks, as well as in traveling circuses and fairs.
The original design was submitted to the Lon-
don Office of Invention Submission Corpora-
tion. It is currently available for licensing to
manufacturers interested in research and de-
velopment. For more information, write Dept.
