Custonier Service Survey Results
The results are in! An industry survey
was conducted on STARflECH Jour-
nal's electronic Bulletin Board System
(BBS) during the month of May. The
subject was Manufacturer's Customer
Service: The Best and The Worst! Many
operators took the opportunity to
express their opinions as well as share
some of the reasons for their selections.
Percentages were compiled for only the
top selections and based on number of
times selected out of the total partici-
pants. Some manufacturer Customer
Service techs tried to stuff the ballot box
but these entries were deleted from the
responses! (Nice try, guys!)
So, here ar~ the results ... Drum roll, please.
POSITIVE COMMENTS

'Very customer friendly, Are very willing to
help. Have seen almost every problem be-
fore. Very knowledgeable."
