The Annual Meeting of the stockholders of the Clark Music
Company was held in the offices of the Corporation at 416 South
Salina Street, Syracuse, X. Y., on Thursday, February 13th, at
10 o'clock. The meeting of the Hoard of Directors was held at
2 I\ M. in the afternoon on the same day. At the stockholders
meeting the following were elected Directors of the Company,
Melville Clark, 1). S. Clark, C. E. Richardson, S. L. Carroll and
E. W . Jackson. The Directors elected the following as officers of
the corporation. Melville Clark, President and Treasurer; D. S.
Clark, Vice-President; and A. Long, Secretary.
HUPIA)YEES FOR 10 TO 30 YEARS
Clark Music Company is one of America's oldest music firms
It is a local concern, owned and operated locally, with its person-
nel all local people. The following list of employees have been
with the organization anvwherc from ten to thirty years: E. W.

Important plans were made for the remodeling and expansion
of the various departments so as to furnish the business with one
of the most up-to-date and attractive music stores in America. An-
nouncement was made for the expansion of the Appliance Depart-
ment, under the newlv appointed manager, John A. O'Brien who
coir.es to this organization with a fine background in the field of
wholesale as well as retail selling. A larger and more complete
department for the merchandising of Erigidaircs, Norge Ranges,
Kitchen, and Laundry equipment will thus be created.
ENLARGING CAPE1IART DEPARTMENT
The Capehart Department, under the managership of Charles
E. Richardson, director of the company and associated with the
organization for more than 28 years, is to have double the space
heretofore used in order to handle the increasing volume of busi-
ness for this famous instrument.
A complete renovation and re-decoration of the musical instru-
ment and baud department are included in the remodeling program,
together with greater facilities for the sale of phonograph records.
Musical Instrument Repair Service under the direction of
Charles A. Xordwall. a member of the personnel for over 27 years,
will be the most complete shop of its kind in the East. Special-
izing in the repair and restoration of old music boxes, Clark's
is one ot three places in America where such service is available.

A concert bureau where artists register for bookings and a per-
sonal recording studio are a part of the complete musical service
which Clark's renders.
COLLECTION OF WORLD FAMOUS INSTRUMENTS
In addition to the salon housing the Melville Clark Collection
of famous antique and mediaeval instruments, one of the finest in
the country, and open at all times for public inspection, is the
newly decorated and equipped 1 lammond organ studios where are
displayed Estey and Mason & I lamlin organs, Xovachords, and
the new Solovox. These studios are also built to serve as (lark's
own broadcasting studio. 11 ere is one of the few exclusive bar])
studios in America, displaying concert harps and (lark Irish
Harps.
SPLENDID PIANO SALON
Additional studios lor the showing ol the ten great makes of
pianos, with Steinwav as the leader, will provide Clark's with one
of the top ranking stores for the finest displav of musical mer-
chandise.
Work is already under way and should be complete within six
weeks.

PI OMICRON NATIONAL SORORITY
On Thursday, March 27th, J. Bradford Pengelly addressed the
Beta Alpha ( hapter of the National Sorority, Pi Omicron, at the
Medical and Dental Arts Building, Chicago. The subject of Mr.
i'engelly's address was "Current Events." This sorority is com-
posed of business and professional women who have maintained a
regular course of studies for several years. This was the twenty
second time Mr. Pengelly has addressed this study group in the
last three years.
