Morningside College at Sioux City, Iowa, has re-
cently added to its equipment of Cable-made pianos
by purchasing over forty more of these widely known
instruments, two carloads of which were recently
shipped to Davidson Bros. Co., Sioux City, who for
the past fourteen years has supplied Morningside
Collegee with pianos made by The Cable Co., Chi-
cago. The shipment included a carload of grand
pianos, consisting of Conover, Cable and Kingsbury
mode's. A second carload was made up of Con-
over, Cable, Kingsbury and Wellington upright
pianos.
In placing this order, A. B. Gehring, secretary and
treasurer of Morningside Col'ege, wrote as follows:
"After a thorough inspection of many different
makes of pianos, our committee with one accord de-
cided to place the order for Cable-made instruments,
consisting of Cable upright and Conover grand pianos
for the new women's dormitory.
''These pianos having been used in the Morning-
side Conservatory for the past fourteen years, and
giving universal satisfaction, had a great deal to
do with our final decision—the teachers of the con-
servatory all being enthusiastic in their praise.
"We feel confident, therefore, that our selection has
been a wise one in every respect."
