House, 42 East State street, Trenton, N. J., has pur-
chased the three-story brick building at 227 East
State street for $125,000. Mr. Fouratt has prepared
plans to have the building thoroughly remodeled and
will move his business there when changes are com-
pleted. The property is 150 feet and has a rear
entrance for trucks. Mr. Fouratt started in business
in a small store at 234 East State street and has built
up a large trade.
