SAN FRANCISCO CONN BRANCH
Daniel Miller, President of New Wholesale and Retail
Quarters, Opened at 8 Kearney Street.
The Conn San Francisco Co. was informally opened
February 2 in the remodeled eight-story structure at
8 Kearney street. The formal opening of the newest
wholesale and retail branch of C. G. Conn, Ltd.,
Elkhart, Ind., will be held on a later occasion. That
it will be soon is hoped by Daniel Miller, president of
the new business.
Mr. Miller, who came to San Francisco from the
headquarters in Elkhart, sees a wonderful possibility
for the new branch and feels assured that it will
eventually be the most important Conn branch in the
country. The demand for Conn instruments in Cali-
fornia is very large and as the merits are more im-
pressed on professionals and amateurs, the interest in
them continues to grow.
The leased building is in a very desirable location
and has facilities for expanding the wholesale and
retail phases in the anticipated degree. One of the
advantages for the musicians in the new Conn branch
is a repair department with a competent staff.
