New Common Stock.
Reorganization and recapitalization of the Sonora

through an exchange of common stock, and the sale
by Sonora Phonograph Company, Inc., of common
stock to net an additional $400,000.

25,000 shares will be required for the acquisition of
Sonora, Inc., while 55,000 shares will be offered to
common stockholders at $8 a share.

GOOD BUSINESS IN THE SOUTH.
Frank Meter, head of the stool and scarf depart-
ment of Lyon & Healy, Chicago, has just returned
from an extended trip through the South. He re-
ports good business all throughout that section. A
decided buoyancy of spirit was in evidence on the part
of the leading houses and it seemed to be the general
opinion that the present year would prove a profit-
able one for all well established dealers.
