Forty-three Baldwin pianos, made by the Baldwin
Piano Co., Cincinnati, mostly grands, were purchased
by Lubliner & Trinz for the following theaters in
Chicago, shown in the accompanying cut: Vitagraph,
Covent Garden, Wilson, Paramount, West End,
Lakeside, Michigan, Pershing, Pantheon, Crawford,
Ellente. Knickerbocker, Biograph, Senate, Logan
Square. Madison Square and Oak Park.
SOME OF THE LATE CHANGES
IN RETAIL PIANO TRADE
The Helknap Music Store will be opened for busi-
ness this week in Bell Plain, la.
T. T. Gardner and his son, Milton M. Gardner, are
associated in the new Gardner Music Co., recently
opened in a new building in Gardena, Cal.
A line of pianos has been added to other lines by
the Provo Photo Supply & Music Co., Provo, Utah.
The Adams .Music Co., Canton, 111., has moved
from the Avery Building to a new location at 31
South Main-street.
The Hancock Music Co., Pasadena, Cal., is build-
ing a two-story addition to its store.
W. B. Stevens opened a music store last week in
Deep River, Conn.

Mrs. J. H. Bousman has located a piano business
permanently at 939 State street, Bowling Green, Ky.
The Stringer Music Company will occupy one of
the store buildings in the Hughes Hotel building in
Central City, Ky., and preparations are being made to
move.
A. D. Gray recently succeeded J. C. Wilson in a
music business in Mooresville, Ind.
Morris Schultz has enlarged his music store in
Tarrytown, N. Y.
A new music business was opened recently by I.
Frank Coulter in Joplin, Mo.
Smelker & Palmer is a new firm featuring Baldwin
pianos in Allegan, Mich.
MOVES DECEMBER 1.
About December 1, in time for his well planned for
holiday business Charles W. Norton will take formal
possession of his new quarters in the new Oddfellows
Building in Farmington, Me., vacating premises at
4 Church street, which he has occupied for over sev-
enteen years.
