Streets·
Marksman takes
Its best shot
Many folks don 't believe that a
machine first produced over 20 years
ago can hold its own with the latest
technological developments .
But Streets Automatic Machine
Company Limited of Eastbourne,
England , produced its electric mech-
anical rifles over 20 years ago, and
while the outward appearance has
changed over the years, scenery ,
cabinet finish , top flashes - the basic
machine - remains unchanged .
It is because of its simplicity of
manufacture , Streets contends , that
makes it so popu lar with arcade
operators both in England and
Europe from a service point of view .
The latest version of the Streets
game is the Marksman , currently one
of the top earners in the famous
Piccadilly Amusements in the heart
of London's West End , company
officials report .
The Marksman was on display
with a selection of cranes and
merchandisers in New Orleans at the
Parks Show .

On. a computer road game which
presents progressive sequences of
challenges . During the last six
months , Gremlin has experienced
increased world -wide sales of the
product to th e point that Head On
can be found in arcades and street
locations throughout the United
States , Canada and Europe .
Head On is now available for one
and two players . Presently in opera-
tion throughout the world , the dual
format is showing significant revenue
gains to operators of arcades ,
Gremlin notes .
The company is presently de -
livering complete games to its
various distributors as well as a
special "Eprom" kit which is used for
converting Head On from single play
to dual.
As in the original Head On , top
scores can be recorded on the video
display panel , affording the opportu-
nity for players to keep returning to
beat or match the record .
The health
fiend's
dream ...

three sound modes to choose from.
including a steadily increasing back-

unique to certain pOint values .
Future Spa has an exciting
playfield with five ways to light the
"F-U-T-U-R-E S-P-A" for pOints ,
bonus , super bonus , and special.
There is a top arrow gate feature
