Under the terms of the Plan, em-

in two trust funds. In the savings por-
tion of the plan, each employee de-
termines the amount he wishes to save
under the terms of the plan during the
year and the company adds ten percent
to this amount at the end of the year.
In the profit sharing portion of the plan,
the company contributes to the trust
fund a certain percent of the annual

was notified last month that he had been
elected a Fellow of the Institute of Mu-
sical Instrument Technology of Great
Britain of which he has been a mem-
ber for some fifteen years.
The Institute is supported by the
British music industries and is devoted
to technical and scientific research.
