Maus Piano Co. Completes Enlarging
Headquarters in Raleigh, N. C.
The Maus Piano Co. of Raleigh,
N. C, exclusively handling pianos and
organs, just completed the enlargement
and renovation of its headquarters. The
Co. was formed, it occupied part of
the present building but the success of
this enterprise has been so marked that
the occupying of the entire ground floor
Baldwin, Kohler & Campbell, Lester,
Musette, and Winter & Co.
Bay City Schools Buy 9 Wurlitzers
W. J. Davis Music House, of Saginaw,
Mich., recently sold nine Model 901,
Wurlitzer School Pianos to the Board of
Education for use in public schools in
Bay City, Mich.

piano sales floor, as shown in the ac-
companying illustration, is attractively
decorated and furnished with colorful
leather chairs, lamps and odd tables
which are placed about the room and
give the store a rather homey appear-
ance.
The business was established in Au-
gust, 1943, succeeding the Manning
Piano Co. which operated in the city
and other parts of North Carolina for
several years. When the Maus Piano
anh doubling display space became
necessary.
S. T. Maus has been in the piano
business since 1922 when he went to
work with the Houck Piano Co. in
Little Rock, Ark. He is the owner of
the business and is assisted by S. E.
Rose, piano salesman. The service de-
partment is conducted by L. E. Minton
and T. S. Newberry, D. S. Burrough
and R. H. Percival.
