Yes, pianos outsold the toy wagon and doll industries! But we'll have to
admit that the piano industry is small potatoes when you compare it to
many others.
We of the Jesse French organization believe that the piano industry
can be bigger. We must not let easy post-war sales fool us. The "honeymoon"
will be over soon. Real promotion will be needed to build our industry back
to the 1923 level of Sill ,000,000 factory sales.
The piano market in any community will be just as big as the thinking,
planning, and selling of the piano dealers in that community plus the kind
of product and the kind of national promotion our industry gives them.
The post-war Jesse French line is designed for dealers who think and
act big. If you're that kind of dealer, let us hear from you.
QUALITY
Acoustical re-design program and
musical standards supervised by Dr. William Braid White,
dean of piano acousticians.
