Beach, Fla., after a short illness. He would
have been 85 years of age on August 31st,
had he lived. Although active in business
up to the time of his death he had, as had
been his custom, gone to his Florida home
with Mrs. Breckwoldt for his usual winter
vacation. At the time of his death William
A. Breckwoldt, his son and Julius Breck-
woldt, II, grandson, were with him, having
arrived there the day before.
