CHICACO, I I I , May 27.—Following the recent ac-
quisition of the plant and personnel of Wells-
Gardner & Co., radio manufacturers, a meeting
of the stockholders and directors of the Gul-
bransen Co. was held Monday, May 18, and the
number of directors was increased from nine to
twelve.
The three additional directors elected were

The Gulbransen Co. has entered the ranks of
