INDIANAPOLIS, IND., January 23.—The Bacon
Silver Bell banjo was recently featured by
Princess Starlight, Indian Princess, who visited
the' large industrial centers of this city, giving
banjo concerts during the noon hour. In all
demonstrations she appeared in Indian costume
and great appreciation was manifested by the
employes for the masterly and entertaining way
in which she played the Bacon banjo.
At the Real Silk Hosiery Mills 3,000 employes
gathered in the auditorium where a concert was
given. This same performance was also given
at the Riley Hospital for crippled children and
the Grotto Ceremonial at the Claypoole Hotel,
as well as being broadcast from WFBM, the
Indianapolis Power & Light Co. station.
