Modern Art and the Piano
New modern art styles in furniture are creating wide interest
today. The Magazine Number of The Review will present to
the trade the first showing of adaptation of this new style to
the piano.
Waste Sales Opportunity
The sins of the piano trade are more of omission than com-
mission. In the article "Waste Sales Opportunity Is the
Greatest Waste of All," the Magazine Number of the Review
will show how many merchants are neglecting the largest
market at their doors.
Valedictory
A retail piano merchant who is leaving the trade speaks right
out in the Magazine Number of The Review and tells the why
and the wherefore, the how and the because. Frankness is
his virtue.
Talking Machine Selling
A music dealer in a small town gives the Magazine Number
of The Review a summary of the opportunities existing for
the sale of talking machines in his center, and tells the truth
for he has sold every one of them.
MUSICAL MERCHANDISE
Clifford B. Buttelman
Mr. Buttelman is too well known to the musical merchandise
dealer to need an introduction. In the Musical Merchandise
Section another of his articles, based on his long and varied
experience in selling musical merchandise, will appear.
Merton Turney
Last month this well known musical merchandise man who
writes under this pen name, told the dealer what an opportun-
ity he was missing in not pushing the unusual instrument.
This month he has another article as interesting and as
valuable.
Piano Accordions
Sherman, Clay & Co. are one of the livest musical merchandise
dealers in the country. They have a man who knows how to
sell these profitable instruments. He tells you how he does it
in this Month's Musical Merchandise Section.
TECHNICAL
Analysis of Piano Tone
Radio Service
One of the largest of Chicago's music houses with a radio
department tells in the Magazine Number of The Review just
how it handles its service work.
Piano men, some of them at least, say it can't be done. But,
in the Technical Section of the Magazine Number of The Re-
view, is the story of how it is being done. A valuable study
for every piano technician.
