"Bells of St. Gabriel's"
Popular in the West
New Song by Percy Wenrich Being Featured
by Ernest R. Ball on Tour—Number Is Pub-
lished by M. Witmark & Sons
"The Bells of St. Gabriel's," the new tuneful
song by Percy Wenrich and published by M.
Witmark & Sons, is one of the outstanding suc-
cesses on the Pacific Coast. Ernest R. Ball, the
well-known composer, now in the Far West,
makes this report and in addition states that he
himself, although it is not his composition, is
finding it one of the features of all of his pro-
grams.
Another Pacific Coast headliner at the present
lime is Robert Chisholm, the English baritone,
who has won wide favor in that territory ami
who at every performance sings "The Bells of
St. Gabriel's." The song is, of course, doing just
us well in Eastern territory.
