AN ELABORATE WINDOW DISPLAY
"Sleepy Head" Featured Most Strongly in Wur-
litzer Co. Store, New York
Herewith is shown one of the most attractive
windows ever arranged in behalf of a single rec-
ord number. It is that of the Wurlitzer Co.,
Forty-second street and Sixth avenue, New York
City, and, as is readily seen, is a special setting
exploiting the Jack Mills, Inc., number "Sleepy
Head." This window has made such an impres-
sion that numerous dealers in the metropolitan
district have made an effort to secure the mate-
rial upon the completion of the present showing.
This the Jack Mills organization is making pos-
sible by its co-operation.
The Wurlitzer window is quite large and lends
itself to attractive and extensive'setting. .Each
month some one record is selected for a special
display, but none has been more favorably re-
ceived than "Sleepy Head."

CHICAGO, IM.., September 19.—George Maxwell,
managing director of G. Ricordi & Co., stopped
off in Chicago on his way to Mexico City long
enough to be the guest of Louis Eckstein at
Ravinia Park.
Ward Stephens, the well-known New York
composer and' singing teacher, was a visitor at
Lyon & Healy's, stopping off in Chicago en route
from New York to San Francisco, in which lat-
ter city he will spend the Winter.
H. Andrews, representing the Boston Music
Co. and the Hatch Music Co., was in the city,
stopping here while on a trip of several weeks'
duration, which took him as far West as the
Pacific Coast. Mr. Andrews reported the sheet
music business as being quite satisfactory at
the present time.
John J. Kane, representing the Theo. Presser
Co., of Philadelphia, was a visitor to the local
trade.
Joseph Skilton, representative of G. Schirmer,
Inc., of New York City, was a visitor.

Norton Co., has just completed a personal tour
of New Jersey, Long Island and Connecticut
territory in a campaign exploiting the firm's new
song, "Gypsy Rose."
