"BLACK AND WHmT SERIES GROWS
Recent Additions to the High-Class Catalog
of M. Witmark & Sons Attract Attention
Many important and interesting additions have
been made to the famous Witmark "Black and
White" series during the year, some of which
promise to equal if not exceed in popularity
some of the older numbers. The series includes
songs of the type that are to be classified as
standards of a distinctly high type.
One of the most recent favorites added to the
series is the great success, "There's a Long,
Long Trail," which has "proved one of the war

T. B. Harms & Francis, Day & Hunter Now
Publishers for Several Late Hits
Following up their life-long policy of giving
the public a large number of successful operatic
hits each year, T. B. Harms & Francis, Day &
Hunter have recently added the music of sev-
eral new musical shows to their catalog in ad-
dition to the long list they have already pub-
lished this year. Among the recent shows for
which they have already published the scores
and which from all reports are having good suc-
cesses are ''Odds and Ends," "Flo-Flo," Silvio
Hein's latest production, and '"Her Regiment,"
the latter show having a musical score by Vic-
tor Herbert.
Among the numerous other shows for which
the T. B. Harms Co. publish the music are the
successes, "Miss 1917," "Reviera Girl," "Leave
it to Jane," "Oh Roy," and "Have a Heart."
This firm has been eminently successful with
their musical shows, a number of them having
several road companies, all of which are report-
ing fine business which of course means, among
other things, the music is very popular and
is having good- sales in every section of the
country at the present time.
