THE MUSIC TRADE REVIEW
The Flexibility and Efficiency of the
New Higel
Unit Valve Action
Is Creating a Sensation
Among Player Manufacturers and Dealers
THE NEW HIGEL UNIT VALVE PLAYER ACTION WITH FRONT BOARD REMOVED
The new Higel Unit Valve Action has
astonished everyone by its remarkable effi-
ciency and by its equally wonderful flexibility.
It promises to revolutionize the player industry.
requiring no regulation, absolutely uniform, and
thereby interchangeable. The pneumatic channel
is connected to the bottom of the valve hole, there-
by preventing the accumulation of dust.
The Higel Unit Valve
Its Simplicity a Boon to Dealers
The simplicity, efficiency and flexibility of the
new Higel Action is based upon the superiority
and unique construction of the Higel Unit Valves.
These valves are set in pairs, held rigidly in place
by a small metal spring plate and a single screw.
These, as well as the bleeds, are located
directly in front, just behind the front board. All
that is required when necessary to clean a valve is
the loosening of the screw and removal of the
plate. The valve can then be lifted out, cleaned
and replaced.
The Higel Unit Valves are permanent valves,
The simplicity of the Higel Unit Valve Action
is such that repair troubles are reduced to a mini-
mum—thus the dealer's great problem—keeping
his players in playing condition—disappears with
the advent of the Higel Action.
The Unit Valve Player Action has come
to stay—it is the style of action that the most
wide-awake manufacturers are using today—it is
the action that all will eventually use. And
the Higel Unit Valve Player Action is the
latest and most advanced development of this
type of player.

Future scanning projects are planned by the International Arcade Museum Library (IAML).
