C AILLE'S
PEERLESS ROULETTE
THE IDEAL SEVEN-WAY MACHINE
Callie's Peerless Roulette
A Slot Machine Par Excellence
There were many who claimed that "Caille's Peerless Roulette" was the superior machine.
CaiD.e openly and frankly labeled the "Peerless Roulette", "A Slot Machine Par Excell-
ence." Some did not agree. Claimed the machine should not be placed in the slot machine
category. Caille dropped this reference to the slot machine in later advertising copy.
For some reason or other, no one manufacturer claimed to have been "first to present"
the new, roulette type ma.chine. Nor did anyone, Mills, Caille or Watling, claim to be
the originator. The machines clicked wherever they were located and turned out to be
fabulous moneymakers. In fact, for a while, both Mills and Caille had their hands full
just meeting orders.
"Caille's Peerless Roulette" was said by many to have been the first on the market.
The Caille Brothers said nothing in this regard. The game did much to revive the Caille
factory and, for a while there, it looked that the Caille Brothers were going to step
forth and take over leadership once again. So many new ideas were coming to the fore.
Caille began to revive many old ideas. And business picked up for the Caille Brothers.
