This was the "First Annual Reunion" of Metropolitan
New York City's old timers at the Sky Lake Country .

Some of these men hadn't seen each other in over 30
years. These pictures are absolutely historical, for
it was these men who brought boom times to the indus-
try and thru adverse conditions in years gone by. It
was these men who made New York City the most out-
standing operating area in the history of this indus-
try. Some are retired in the Miami, Fla., area but,
just about half of these men, have continued active
in the industry. It was a luncheon none will ever
forget. It has resulted in an organization being born
that will take over for the next luncheon to be held
in the Miami area in February, 1976.
