LIBERTY BELL
.lV,
iv'""
Bill Ger sh
Tho it's cracked and old and may never ring again,
not even to celebrate the 200th anniversary of these
United States of America on July 4, 1976, it shall
forever be enshrined in the hearts and minds of. every
American regardless where he is or in whatever land
he may decide to make his home.
It was the urgent, pleading ringing of this grand
old Liberty Bell that brought men flocking to George
Washington's ragged army. That caused so very few
with worn and old muskets to stand up against a power-
ful, well trained, disciplined army - and win. Bring
into being a union of minds. Create a new country.
Such a bell is needed today in this industry. A
bell that, by its urgent ringing, will bring together
all the members of this entertaining, merchandising,
service industry, this great industry of coin automa-
tion to again act as "One Industry".
Let a Liberty Bell ring out loud and clear for all
in amusement, in music, in vending, to come together
once each year. To forever dispel childish jealousies.
To push away the long gone, dead past. To once again
open to all the youth who already have and those who
are yet to enter this industry, the greatness, the
glory of "One Industry - One Convention".
