The A. B. T . Mfg. Co., upon the
appearance three or more y,ears ago,
of mech,3.nically operated games,
were quick to see the need of effi-
cient cheat-proof coin chutes for this
purpose. Their experts went to work
on the proposition and soon devel-
oped a finished chute.
In many respects A. B. T. Coin
Chutes are the standard of perf,ec-
tion for the industry, being used on
hundreds of thousands of machines.
The Super Triple Tumbler Chutes as
used on Major League, repr,e sent
every tried and proven feature that
goes to make a perfect mechanism.
Too much importance cannot be at-
tached to coin chutes because they
are really the heart of the machine.
A. B. T. coin chutes are made to
withstand the hardest kind of use
with practically no chance of getting
out of order. These chutes ar,e equip-
ped with the patented triple tum·
bIer, entirely preventing the use of
keyed slugs. The rachet on the slide
h3.s been incorporated in all chutes.
A Tungsten Manganese steel magnet
is employed in the chutes to reject
steel and iron slugs and washers. An
improved flap prevents clogging anf1
all wedging of thin coins- a very im-
portant feature to keep machines in
working order.
The coin hole can be adapted for
penny, nickel, dime or quarter ; also
for 'most foreign coins. The A. B. T .
chute reaches a maximum stroke of
one and one-sixteenth inches instead
of' the half inch stroke usually found
in ordinary chutes. Relatively few
parts are used in A . B. T. coin
chutes, and simpliCity and precision
workmanship 'a re developed to the
utmost.
Joe Richarme, pictured above, is

short time he has been open has
been successful in corraling most of
the coin machine business in the
beach city.
Joe always has the latest in good
