The hardest-boiled advertising
school in the world is the mail
order school, which is made up
of realists who face facts.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with
results of your advertising and
sales promotion, we’d like to talk
to you about putting it on a mail
order basis— introducing this mail
order angle.
W e’re sales counselors with a long
and distinguished record for sales
at low cost. Tw ice we won the
Premier Award o f the Advertising
Federation o f America for our
campaigns.
We have
assisted
many executives to more sales and
lower selling cost.
If you have a sales or an adver
tising problem; if you could use
additional business at low cost, we
invite you to write us. No cost,
no obligation for our analysis of
your problem.

Youngstown — A coin-oper
ated machine that sharpens a
knife in half a minute has been
developed by K. A. Painter, a
former chief engineer for Re
public Steel Corp. The machine,
using new type abrasives, grinds
for a minute when a nickel is
dropped into the chute. This
allows time to put hollow-
ground razor edges on two
knives.
