Reports coming back from the
coast have it that the Packard
product has given operators
more to talk about than any
equipment they have ever seen.

are much pleased with phono­

Returning from an extended
business trip, Sol Gottlieb, offi­
cial of the D. Gottlieb Co., re­
ports that he is very pleased
with the way things went.
Operators and distributors
were more than ordinarily in­
terested in the new Gottlieb
Trapeze and Score-a-Line games.
The Gottlieb factory has a
splendid reputation in operating
circles for tuning out money
making games, and operators
were certainly interested in the
latest Gottlieb achievements.
Gottlieb reports that he
booked a number of large orders
which means good business for
operators, distributors, and for
the Gottlieb factory.
Parking Meters For
Buffalo Motorists
Buffalo, N. Y . — Work of install­
ing between 1,200 and 1,500 auto­
mobile parking meters, for a 90-day
trial period, in the downtown busi­
ness section will be started city of­
ficials were informed.
A t intervals of twenty feet, the
meters will be installed on both sides
of the street in the area bounded by
Swan, Tupper, Franklin and Ellicott
streets. The meters, charging five
cents for each 60 minutes of parking,
will be in operation from 8 a.m. to
6 p.m. excepting Sundays.
