tellin g a thin man he w eighed 28
pounds. He gave one look and made
a wild dash across the street to the
d o c to r ’s office. I ’ve g o t them believ
in g me n o w ! Ju st w ait till I g e t that
fa t w om an w ho called me “ liar.”
Ju ly 9.— I ’m done f o r ! The fa t
w om an stepped on me this m orning
and when I told h er 350, she fainted
and fe ll so hard on m y pla tform that
I lost m y sp rin gs!
Pop-Corn Vender
A t last the p erfected p op -corn ven
der is on the m arket and it is a beau
tiful and attractive m achine selling
fo r $1,000. T he on ly hand operation
required is filling the m achine with
raw pop corn on ce a day.

It contains som e
g ood reading m atter regarding their
m achines and the trade in general.
Believes in the Automatic Age
“ W e always believed that there was a field for a magazine of
this kind. The only question in my mind is whether you have a
reasonably complete list of operators. No doubt, however, you
have some plan in mind whereby you will in due course augment
the list you have and bring it up to date.
