WILLIAMS
PIANOS
The policy of the Williams House is and always
has been to depend upon excellence of product
instead of alluring price. Such a policy does not
attract bargain hunters. It does, however, win the
hearty approval and dupporS of a very desirable
and substantial patronage.

Pianos and Organs
Andrew MacFarane of Marcellus, N. Y., a 16-year-
old pianist of unusual talent, appeared in a recent
program arranged by the concert department of the
Clark Music Co. in the piano salon of their store in
Syracuse, N. Y.
In addition to young MacFarlane's recital, which
was well received, a demonstration was given of the
Ampico in which the pianist alternated with the
Ampico in the playing of the Nocturne for the left
hand alone, by Scriabinc; portions of the Noctarne
being played by the Ampico and other portions by
the pianist with the usual resulting impossibility to
distinguish between the actual performance of the
pianist and the Ampico recording.
TO SELL E. P. JOHNSON PIANOS.
Alex. V. Grandt, for the past ten years retail man-
ager of the M. Schulz Co. warerooms, in Chicago,
has decided to do business on his own account. He
has connected hinseif with the E. P. Johnson Piano
Co., of Elgin, and will sell the instruments of that
industry in Chicago and vicinity. Eventually Mr.
Grandt expects to open a store in Chicago's North-
west side.
CHICKERING FOR MASONS.
From William Christena. of the Chr'stena-Teague
Fiano Company, Chickering dealer at Indianapolis,
comes a letter advising of the installation of another
Chickering in the million dollar Masonic Temple at
Muncie, Ind. Both pianos were gifrs of the prom-
inent Ball family, who, incidentally, possess two
exquisite Chickering period models with the Ampico.
