Here is the way that AUTOMAT COINOLA works:-A nickel is deposited in the slot, and any hole in the board is selected
by means of the onyx knob at the rear of the machine and a small knob at the side. The onyx knob is then pressed down and a slip,
bearing a number, is delivered through the opening at the fron t . When a winning number has been punched, the location owner
keeps the slip to show the operator the amount he has paid out. The entire action is automatic and all possibility of error or
cheating is eliminated.
Slugs or cheating devices of any kind cannot be used in AUTOMAT COINOLA as the last coin played remains in view until
five punches have been taken. As an added incentive to steady play, the coin mechanism is so arranged that five nickels may be
