'ERTAIN competitors of ours, by means of advertisements in various magazines and
newspapers and through the medium of circulars, attempted to in.timidate pur-
chasers and users of the Home Billiardette Table, and to' prevent others from pur-
chasing and !Ising our equipment, by threatening to institute suits for patent in-
fringement. We have invited these competitors to commence such a suit or suits,
[ ] but none have heen instituted to date, and we have not as yet received the courtesy
of a reply to our letters requesting that this unfair practice be discontinued .

PATENT a.t torneys assure us that such claims are without merit. We know that
these competitors have no claim against us for patent infringement, yet they per-
sist in making these false and malicious statements.
NOTICE:
WE WILL protect and save harmless any purchaser, user or owner of any of the
Home Billiardette Tables manufa.ctured by this company who have come into
possession of them through the regular trade channels, against any' suits for patent
infringement which may be instituted by any of our competitors.

HOME BILLIARDETTE TABLE is as fine a product as is possible to build. No
expense has been spared to accomplish this. It is as superior to other tables from
the standpoint of quality, beauty and. practicability as a $15,000 automobile is to
a $500 one, and yet our price ratio is not near so great. The Home Billiardette
Ta.ble is without a question the "Rolls Royce" of all miniature pool tables. We
are sure there is a just reason for their being so called.
COMPETITORS know that we do not try to build "down to a price" but rather up
to the highest standard of fineness and perfection.
IS A WELL known fact that the commodity which costs. less and does not satisfy is
a costly investment, and the commodity that costs more and does satisfy is an
economical investment. The Home Billiardette Table will prove to be the eco-
nomical investment, economical in that it will operate flawlessly 365 days a year,
requiring no service. We believe our table to be the ONLY fool-proof table ob-
