INVENTORY REPORTS
The newest feature: INVOICE AND
STOCK TRACKER. The new Invoice
and Stock Tracker consists of:
INVENTORY FILES
A full detail of all individual prod-
ucts in inventory: • Name of item.
• Name of the vendor it was pur-
chased from. • Date of purchase.
• Vendor's part number.• Manu-
facturer • Your own item number.
• Price per unit. • Retail price.
PLus
And when you pull up the detail,
you get additional information
like: Amount in inventory and
what equipment the parts are be-
ing used on. Invoice numbers and
dates for each time the parts were
received.
Reports of inventory removed or
purchased. End of month reports.
Reports between two dates. Re-
ports of individual vendors. Just
about anything you want to know
can be generated from the Report
Menu.
SHIP/REMOVE FROM STOCK
Remove items from stock and
enter the name of the game to
which part was installed, or what
work order number the part was
assigned.
VENDORS
A card file of the vendors you deal
with and a detailed list of prod-
ucts you have purchased from that
vendor in the past. (Makes it easy
to prepare an order for your ven-
dor.)
