Players Headed for "Sweet Home" Chicago
The Fourth Annual AMOA - International Flip-
per Pinball Association World Pinball Champi-
onships, the most prestigious of all pinball Cham-
pionships, have made their way back to the home
of pinball. Scheduled for April 22 through 24, at
the Clarion Hotel in Rosemont, the tournament
returns to Greater Chicago after two years in Mil-
waukee. Boasting 100 brand new games, more
than $25,000 in awards and prizes, and over a
dozen events, the IFPA World Pinball Champi-
onship are Mecca for players the world over.

More then $25,000 in cash and prizes is expected
to be given away at this years tournament. This
includes a minimum of $5,000 added money, 100%
payback of entry fees, trophies and plaques, and
pinball related promotional items. Entry fees
range from a mere $5 to $30 per person.
