PROBLEM
Ticket meter on Namco Cracky
Crab is not turning.
SOLUTION
After having determined that
the meter is good, replace the
2N2222A transistor on the
ticket dispenser board.

DRIVE
On the Deltronics model D 1-4-
P-S ticket dispenser, this tran-
sistor drives the ticket meter.

Williams Electronics Games,
Inc. ("Williams"), Data East
USA, Inc. and Data East Pin-
ball, Inc. (jointly "Data East")
announced today that they
had settled two suits that Wil-
liams brought in the Federal
court in Chicago in 1992 and
1993 against the Data East
companies and Gary Stern
and Joseph Kaminkow.
Williams suits claimed that
the individuals induced the
infringement of certain Will-
iams patents and that Data
East infringed such patents
and certain trademarks, en-
gaged in false advertising, and
violated a prior settlement
agreement with Williams.
Data East and said individu-
als have denied these allega-
tions and any wrong doing. As
part of the settlement, Data
East agreed to license from
Williams the patents and
trademarks which were the
subject of the litigation and
pay royalties to Williams for
any use thereof; other details
of the settlement are confiden-
tial.
