CAPCOM SUPER BANK IT
TICKET GIVE AWAY
SYMPTOM
After a win, the player can get
(additional?) tickets by simply
shooting another coin even ifit
doesn't hit a target.
CAUSE
The sensor on one or more tar-
gets is too sensitive. The (addi-
tional?) load on the + 12 V de
caused by the ticket dispenser
motor causes the target to
false trip, thus awarding more
tickets when a player shoots a
coin.
SOLUTION
Adjust the sensitivity control
on the targets which are false
tripping.
PROCEDURE
An easy way to identify the
problem target is to manually
run the ticket dispenser motor
while observing the LEDs on
the target opto boards. If any
of the targets are too sensitive
the LED will flicker or light
when the ticket dispenser mo- ~'
tor is running.
Adjust the sensitivity control
only as much as needed to cor-
rect the problem. Too much
adjustment will cause the opto
to miss a legitimate win.
