PROBLEM
PROBLEM
Ball in play gets stuck on the ramp Just before
the "tickets" switch (switch# 16, the upper ramp
switch). The ball rolls Just past the high point,
then to touch the switch actuator but stops
short.
Limited adjustment range of the four volume
control potentiometers. The problem exists only
in games serial number 0001 to 0250.
SYMPTOM
Volume setting difficult to adjust or fine tune.
SOLUTION
The switch actuator arm is probably coming up
and hitting something ("ticket booth" cover?).
SOLUTION
If not, then bend the actuator slightly (make sure
the ball still causes switch closure!). It could be
PROCEDURE
Replace the 4 existing SK ohm potentiometers.
that the actuator is bent down a bit too far. Also
check that there is a cutout for the actuator in
the booth cover.

PROBLEM
Is your conversion cabinet control panel too
small for 14 pushbuttons and two Joysticks?
SOLUTION
Mount the joysticks as you normally would but
mount the pushbuttons in vertical columns
instead of horizontal rows.
NoTE
When you are playing 2 players, it is alot easier
to play, since you are not bumping the second
players joystick when you push "Roundhouse".
Of course the labels can be cut to size to accom-
modate this new button layout.
