In our ongoing quest to enhance product
support, SNK Corporation of America an-
nounces extended Customer Service De-
partment hours. Our Customer Service
Department is staffed at all times between
the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., (Pacific
Standard Time) to allow greater access for
our East Coast Customers.
The current Eprom versions for Drew's
equipment is as follows:
Electronic technicians are available to all
operators needing assistance and to SNK
distributors ordering replacement parts.
SNK's Customer Service technicians can be
reached by calling (408) 736-8844.
SNK Corporation of America would also like
to remind operators of our technical support
mailing program. This program allows us to
provide technical information and sche-
matic diagrams directly to operators of SNK
products. This program began in September
of 1988 with Prisoners of War (P.O.W.), and
has continued for each new product. We
have mailed schematic diagrams and perti-
nent Service Bulletins to all responding
operators.
We encourage all operators of SNK games to
participate in this program. All that is re-
quired is to return the Customer Response
Card found in the game manual. Your firm
will be added to our mailing list, receive the
schematic diagrams and also receive all
technical information published regarding
that product. There is no charge for this
service, and it give operators a chance to give
us direct feedback on our products.
