MERGER ANNOUNCED
As of November 18, 1987 TRIAX ELECTRONICS of Glendale, California and
HOKKAIDO of Los Angeles, California have merged together under one name:
I UNITED AMUSEMENTS I
UNITED AMUSEMENTS is currently located at 1975 Riverside Drive, Los
Angeles, California 90039.
UNITED AMUSEMENTS will continue to be the exclusive distributor for
UNITED ARTISTS THEATRE AMUSEMENTS INC.'s licensed games.
Currently those games include Mission XX, Perfect Billiards and Air Wolf.
"Operations will continue as before with our direct-to-operator marketing
philosophy", says Bill Engram of UNITED AMUSEMENTS. "We still offer
UATA games and other legal new and used conversion games direct to our
customers at the very best prices in the Industry", added Bill.
Brad Brown, Craig Vandenburg, John Ciccolini and Michele Amador
will continue to staff new offices.
