Cause: Rl , 4.7 ohm¼ watt resistor has opened on 2307 Debounce kit.
Reason: Check Cl, 47MFD/63wv capacitor on 2307 Debounce kit- some
were installed backwards.
Sol utlon: :Replace R 1, remove C 1 and install correctly ('' + '' side connects to
,cathode of D1 .)
