Subject:
Intermittent lock up, data/sound board
(Revised 81-19)
Solution:
Cut NMI and jumper DINT 1 and
DINT 2 together on data board
Parts Needed:
One wire 1 ½" long, one wire 5" long
Procedure:
On the etch side of the data/sound
board, cut four traces. Trace from U2
pin 2, U2 pin 3, then trace J6 pin 16 to
the feed through, and cut the trace
between J 6 pin 18 and U22 pin 7.
Add a jumper wire from U2 pin 3 to
the feed through hole that was con-
nected to J6 pin 16. Add a jumper
from U2 pin 3 and U22 pin 7 ( on the
etch side of the board, since U22 is
in a socket).

ting measuring across capacitor
C 1 at location P7 of CPU Board
(A084-91404-B508).
2. +5.2 VDC at Cl will insure +5
VDC on the Video Board (A084-
91405-B508).

Video lock up condition and loss of
coin door lights
1. When the audio and coin door
light fuse (2 amp.) blows, it will
cause a video lock up condition
(12 VDC).
2. This lock up condition is due to
the AC sync. and power reset
circuits on the power supply (PC
A082-90412 -000) which uses 12
VDC.
