WILLIAMS:
MIDWAY:
Credits can be put on some late Williams
games by pressing the yellow plastic shield
( coin switch protector) on the inside of the
coin door. By pressing this shield ( on a few of
the games), it will bend the diodes against the
other point, thus shorting the switch out.
If this feature is used, verify the coin slot by
using a quarter before closing up the game.
Midway has a small defect that will be cured
on forthcoming games. They have two fuses
next to each other on the bottom of the game.
At times metal hardware or coins can fall
across the fuses causing the 11 OV to short to a
lower voltage line. I recommend protecting
the fuses with a heavy paper cover.
MIDWAY:
The interlock on the coin door is actuated by a
small rubber block. Use a small amount of
paint to verify the interlock hits the center of
the block. It would be beneficial if Stem
would use a larger block of rubber or mount
the switch so a block isn't necessary.
Note that "Gorl" uses an alien bolt with a pin
in it. The button hole wrench should be in the
game, but I recommend carrying an extra
with your tools.
