Profit Setter Mod
Lower Credit Filter Board
No. 53325-A
PROBLEM:
Track Side
There is a possibility that a small
quantity of Profit Setter Lower
Filter Boards may have been
shipped without the Resonator
Stabilizing Circuit. Without this
change it is possible that the
Profit Setter could fail
intermittently.
Solder new 1 OK
¼W Resistor
(#51293) on
track side.
CJ)
CORRECTION:
Resonator Circuit can be
stabilized by modifying the
Lower Credit Filter Board No.
53325-A as shown in Steps 1, 2
& 3.

Power Supply Mod
Metal Film Type
Carbon Type
~
PROBLEM:
On a few Power Supply Regulator
Boards, the unintentional use of
carbon type resistors instead of
the more stable metal film types
at locations R218 and R219 may
cause a shifting of the +9.6 volts
D.C. from its initial setting. This
effect, which is due to
temperature changes may cause
such malfunctions as:
• Mechanism scanning
• Repeat playing of the same
record
• Displays not on
• Cofns not credited
• No selections
